Wylfa Nuclear Power Plant: A New Dawn for Anglesey and Wales
The UK's first small nuclear power station is set to be built in north Wales, bringing a wave of positive change to the region. This groundbreaking project, located on Anglesey's northern coast, will create up to 3,000 jobs and attract billions of pounds in investment, marking a significant milestone for the area.
The Wylfa plant will house the UK's first three small modular reactors (SMRs), with the potential to accommodate up to eight.
